Services

We provide software development, website design and development, cloud hosting, maintenance and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.

Quotes & payment

• Quotes are based on the scope agreed at the time and are valid for the period stated.
• Changes to scope may affect timelines and fees, which we'll confirm with you before proceeding.
• Invoices are payable by the dates stated. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

Intellectual property & ownership

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, on full payment you own the custom deliverables we create for you, including source code and content you provide. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and to third-party components which remain subject to their own licences.

Warranties & disclaimer

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information secure and use it only to perform the engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any disputes, unless your engagement agreement states otherwise.
